Could you write up a little tutorial for using this Transformer function? Tim said there's no documentation for it. And it's a complicated function that I doubt most people will be able to use without some explanation.

You have me completely confused now. But if you're making progress, that's good.
P.S. vsthost has the ability to load and play a midi file. Try doing that to test if midi input is actually making sound on your plugin.
Or a CC message whose initial value is 0, then goes non-zero, and then back to 0?
