The only thing a bit more lackluster IMHO may be drums: what drumkit did you use in Hydrogen? I'm more or less using the Death Metal kit in Hydrogen. I don't tend to vary velocity much, so if it sounds robotic, I wouldn't be terribly surprised. What kit(s) do you like? I usually don't use the Hydro...

After listening to The Inhabitant, I just went through the whole EP. I think it does work as a single piece of work! I personally can't hear the integration issues you mentioned, but we always are the heaviest critics of our own work

That riffing was tight! No sloppyness I could detect (or maybe I'm so used to mine that I didn't notice it )
