If it is for streaming completed songs you could use Mixxx as this already has a build in streaming function.

The vocalist is available. Multi recordings also as i did the first recordings too. But the original which already is layered and slightly compressed is already that good that it is part of the fun to create a remake from it. With new vocals it would loose that charm. Perhaps you could learn something from how they do it in Mixxx? That has live pitch control and even automated pitch synch between turntable...
