Re: Monoplugs releases Monique an unique digital Synthesizer
Greetings, Outstanding synth, great sounds in the presets. Standalone works fine, ditto for VST plugin in Ardour4. Alas, no joy with Bitwig 1.3.8, the plugin just makes a hissing sound. Bummer. I've notified Thomas, hopefully a fix'll come soon. Meanwhile I'll just have to check it out in Ardour4, a...

Re: General MIDI synth
I've installed libfluidsynth-dev and build-essential, but I don't know what "run make" means.. These articles might help you understand the process a little better : http://www.linuxjournal.com/content/building-linux-audio-applications-101-users-guide-part-1 http://www.linuxjournal.com/co...

Thanks, Will, and yes, it's too short.folderol wrote:That was rather nice. Thanks
I think there might be a couple dozen (or more) samples in that little moment.

Re: drumgizmo-0.9.9
Greetings,
The issue appears to be fixed in git. Tested today in BW 1.3.8, kit and map loaded okay, sounds are all there, plugin behaves nicely with BW.

Re: drumgizmo-0.9.9
Hey y'all, I've just updated to drumgizmo-0.9.9 on Arch64 and I get no sound. I go back to 0.9.8 and all works. Anyone tried it yet and got it working? Ditto here with Bitwig 1.3.8, no sound using the DG VST. Kit and map loaded without complaint, I can see MIDI activity in the BW container, but the...

Re: Airwave VST bridge
So my question is: Can I build Airwave with *only* 32-bit support ? Currently, you can't. If cmake detects that it is running on 64-bit system, then it includes the building of the 64-bit part. I can easily change this behaviour. Thank you, that would be very helpful here. All the Airwave'd plugs t...

Re: Airwave VST bridge
... it seems that it still doesn't compatible with Ardour right now. Confirmed here with Ardour4, built from latest git pull. Still no GUI for Airwaved plugs. :( Btw, I have a significant problem building Airwave now. If I'm correct, it wants a 64-bit Wine lib to build its 64-bit support. However, ...

Re: skeilib tests (vst)
nice to see that there are people actually interested in this Thanks for the update. I retrieved the git sources, built the lib and the two examples. Tested the frac-delay and stutter in Bitwig 1.3.6, both worked nicely indeed. :) but, just before i saw your post, i had decided to start working on ...

There's a new open source synth. http://the-synister.github.io/ Only Windows and Mac, just wondering if it is possible to make a Linux version Yes. :) I used the plugin jucer file to create a Linux makefile, had to set the header paths and correct some capitalization errors, then it compiled cleanl...
