What videochat if need to route jack audio?

I have jack+pulseaudio configured working together. I need to have video call with my friend who is using M$-Windows, and I would need to show some music stuff. So I would need to have ability to route audio from jack to that video call. Which service-client-voodoo magic to select?

Fake unfortunately, wish I hadn't downloaded them all yesterday https://pianoclack.com/forum/d/1211-my- ... estonia/43

Isn't it just opposite, good that you downloaded them yeasterday, today they aren't available? (Assuming they are good, like everybody has been telling)

Re: The Superpiano

Turns out they're just re-sampled PianoTeq patches - https://pianoclack.com/forum/d/1211-my-pianos-21-plus-estonia/43 This just means that if you like them, get them now when they are available. Most likely they won't be for long :-) I skip that part, I don't know how many gigs of pianos I have on ...

I'll wait for this to appear in debian, then try it out on my laptop.

Same thing here, I suppose in Debian 13 it will end up to my use also.

Re: Traction F-em plugin problems

They seem to release new versions, F-em 1.2.1 available. Just thinking would I be brave enough to test will it jam my computer again to stage needing reset. Edit: downloaded and found out that won't work in my computer, would need GLIBCXX_3.4.30 and I am still debian 11 based. Windows versions won't...

Re: Absent friends....?

In last weeks when he was in board, he somehow started to focus much on artix_linux_user who had many annoying posts, and jeffg also made few new threads which were only harrassing artix. Jeffg started to act like 'who will be more stupid/annoying person on the forum' contest participant, and those ...

Kdenlive has some effects that react to music, not much...
Probably not what you want, I don't know..

Which effects? I have used kdenlive making my videos, so if it has something it would be great benefit.

Re: Bitwig - why doesn't it work with JACK/PipeWire MIDI/audio?

To some extent, Bitwig being created by a synth designer, shows the proclivity to have a lot of flexible internal connectivity for producing the desired result, without needing much from the outside world When I started with linux music about 10 years ago, I liked modular idea, started to investiga...

Re: Si Offline Expression/wine

Hi all, i need to run that software under (preferrably) Manjaro (or another distro): https://www.soundcraft.com/en/softwares/si-offline-expression-v2-1-build-5 Is that some software for configuring some hardware? And that HW is usb connected? If so, most likely you are out of luck. Install virtual ...

Re: Bitwig - why doesn't it work with JACK/PipeWire MIDI/audio?

Then I see the Configuration drop-down, and that contains a device, which I select. I should have tried that before, but I wasn't looking to connect to an output device. That creates Input and Output busses that have that device. Now the Bitwig node does show up in RaySession, and connected to said...

Re: Bitwig - why doesn't it work with JACK/PipeWire MIDI/audio?

Well I thought it was common knowledge that Bitwig doesn't work with other JACK apps and steals access to MIDI hardware so other apps can't use it. I tried it myself yesterday too check and Bitwig doesn't show up in RaySession or Carla when running, so is that not a shared experience? I'm running P...

Re: Bitwig - why doesn't it work with JACK/PipeWire MIDI/audio?

Your post is pretty cryptic rant with all real information missing, but Bitwig works great with Jack audio, so maybe your problem is Pipewire?

Video effects controlled by music / tempo?

I would like to have video luminosity (and maybe saturation) to react on music tempo. And sure, possibly also some other similar effects. Is there some software for making such? I don't need real-time reaction, it is ok to do with batch-processing. Anc because music is self-made, it would be perfect...
