Re: Php ,JavaScript

I want to post my project here when it's done. But I will say sorry in advance for the absence of documentation. I always aim for under 1.44mb and every line counts haha.

Re: Php ,JavaScript

I added a poll. 😃 I was just curious how many use these technologies. I have a project I have been working on since 2020. I'm trying to finish up V2 at the moment. It's basically a forum but it functions like a chat. It has encrypted mail and private chats as well. But I have used php and JavaScript...

Or just use 1/4 male to RCA female plug adapter and use the cable that came with the speaker.

That's actually a better idea. Lol

Re: External Speakers in JACK

You can purchase high quality rca to 1/4" cables. That's what I use on my speakers going from my audio card. The brand I use are mogami.

Re: Live playback with LMMS giving occasional pop and crackle

It does sound like persistent software issue. Especially with all the prior testing you've done on other distros. If a wine layer is being used there may be an issue with your wine config as well. But I suspect you're on the right path in regard to the software being the culprit.

Re: Live playback with LMMS giving occasional pop and crackle

I believe the only time I experienced audio issues with lmms was on a raspberry pi 2. But I was trying to add ladspa effects on different voices I was using with a midi keyboard. It was maxing out the single gigabyte of ram trying to process the effects. I don't see how that would be possible on the...

Re: Live playback with LMMS giving occasional pop and crackle

If it were a power issue you could route your equipment through a full sine wave ups or power conditioner. If you are using any midi hardware you could check your connections and cables. I would suspect it's a power issue as well. Not necessarily from the leads but possible an external device. Mics,...

Re: Raspberry Pi drum machine/ sequencer controlled by GPIO/ Python

In the past I have used lmms with usb midi drum pads and controllers as well as keyboards on the pi 2. It was a bit slow for some voices but the new pi4 works well with lmms. I have the 4gb pi and it does just fine with audio editing.

Re: Raspberry Pi drum machine/ sequencer controlled by GPIO/ Python

I really like lmms and it pairs well with USB midi controllers. I'm sure it would save some time to go lmms with a midi pad. There are many midi pads out there you can use for this purpose I believe there are even pad hats for the pi.

Re: Raspberry Pi drum machine/ sequencer controlled by GPIO/ Python

A faster way would be making your samples and exporting as ogg or mp3 and using a USB 10 key pad with shortcut keys in your media player. You could just have a keypad with a pi under it. But that's just my thoughts on it. ☺️

Re: Spam Update, New Users Please Re-Register

I have removed and banned ip addresses in this section several times today. I did about 50 yesterday and about 10 today. So that is my best guess as to what it may be. Ghost notifications are usually broken code or deleted content. But could be something else. :?:
