Re: Interesting Electronic Music From Russia
Ah, I made a mistake. The tune that I linked to was the wrong band. I tried a web search but got a false positive. I didn't know how to find them. But the BBC broadcast DOES have music and interviews that I liked. Sorry about that. Thanks for the replies, though. I agree with you guys. Thanks jonest...

SOLVED
Wow guys, thanks! You've really helped me out. I hadn't before considered those decent approaches. I will think about it. I'm not totally sold on going back to Windows; it's so much work, yet like I said, there's a few programs I might want to buy that are windows-only. It really depends upon my bud...

Re: Free Downloads by ProtoZone: Yay Flashy Mix!
Honestly, guys.... I used the Alesis 320 USB monitor / interface for several years. The ports were too boomy so I would stuff thick socks into them to make the loudspeaker enclosure compliance better. That worked, but then the bass wasn't as strong. But the whole time, the treble was not very clear ...

Re: Where are the downloadable Energy XT custom "looks" (skins)?
Yeah Qtractor is OK, but I like EnergyXT, seriously... it's what I use (the Windows version, actually with WINE).
Can somebody help me please to find the skins ("looks") files?

[SOLVED] Dual Boot Windows install AFTER Linux??
Is it possible to be able to install Windows 7 or 10 AFTER installing Linux, for a dual boot scenario? I have read that Windows installers erase all other OSes. Is there any way around this situation? I really like my Linux and don't want to lose it, but there's a few programs I'd like to ru...

FL Studio 20 available
http://image-line.com FL Studio recently jumped from 12 to 20. So I downloaded the demo, and as far as I can tell, it runs more smoothly than the predecessors. Also the workflow ergonomics have been improved. It's much easier to assign step parts to the mixer, and some of it is automatic now, so it'...

"Peace_In_Korea" free MP3 by Protozone
Here ya go! https://hearthis.at/protozone/peaceinkorea/ This was made using EnergyXT and FL Studio and Reaper within Linux with VST(i)'s. I did most of the work in EnergyXT, some of the drums in FL Studio, and the mixdown in Reaper. Most of the sounds were from freeware (except Vember Surge, which I...

Re: Free Downloads by ProtoZone: Yay Flashy Mix!
The production sounds very good to me  What kind of Logitech Speakers do you use? Also I like the tunes very much! Thanks very much! Sorry it took me a while to get back. I had to go home and check what the speakers are: Logitech Z200's  They are tiny and yet they sound really clear. Th...

Re: Free Downloads by ProtoZone: Yay Flashy Mix!
Perhaps it's not withing your goal. But may i suggest something non-committal? I think it would compliment (complete?) your work if something not electronic is put over it. Like a real instrument (some guitar riffs?). Or even better, vocals. Even if it's something not sung but simple short sampled ...

[SOLVED] Where are the downloadable Energy XT custom "looks" (skins)?
Hi, I am currently using Energy XT beta (via WINE) and it works pretty well, but I can't find on the internet any of the downloadable custom skins I used to use. They are called "Looks". Where are they? I'm looking for a nice one that was orange and brown and blue. ...and some other nice o...
