I stumbled over ocenaudio lately and really like its UI. Haven't used it excessively by now but first test were quite promising since I'm using a DAW and need an audio editor for just editing audio (o rly?) and not for applying lots of effects.

Hey Aleks, It steals my menu bars I have a 2880x1660 screen so no need to put windows menus to the most far away position on screen. I hate to play aiming games while at work.
