Yes, it's like you said. In playback-only mode I have no x-runs.
Any Idea what I can do? Buying a new sound card? I thought the Delta 44 is common in linux.

Hope I was not missunderstood. I just wanted to say that humanizing is working.
I use both techniques. And it works fine.
But in some cases a machine cannot replace a human drummer. But hydrogen does the job pretty good. Won't miss it.

And what does hyrdogen? My experience is, when I record a 'hunanized' drum-track. And then start playback the recording simulaniously with hydrogen, I hava a kind of flangin-effect. What I have not when I turned off the humanizer. But nevertheless, if I have a fast snare roll of something, it sounds...

Yes, I'm using it. And I have no problems. But it was some svn-version not the release. I think I had to 'apt-get' some dependencies.

Realtime problem is solved.
My limits.conf was altered.
I had to add the line:

Hello this is not very serious but annoying. I have XRUNS in jack every ~20 min. Even if no audio application is running. If I run (for example) Ardour, Hydrogen, QSynth, Rosegarden and Audacious simultaneously, it is the same, not more XRUNS. My settings look like this: http://kuntschner.de/Temp/se...
