a more advanced version of 303 clone would be welcome, bit like D16's phoscyon where you can change much more parameters like glide, filter attack,...

Re: Terrible performance
Good to hear it works! Nvidia drivers are crippled to not allow installing on RT kernels. There's a workaround but you still need headers; I tried it once and got it working but found no performance advantage over the Liquorix kernels I usually use so I stick with Liquorix. Well i was starting to t...

Re: Terrible performance
The firmware was already installed, so no luck with that. Installed nvidia driver, but also problems. For the driver is was like i had no nvidia card. "nvidia-persistenced: Failed to query NVIDIA devices. Please ensure that the NVIDIA device files (/dev/nvidia*) exist, and that user 117 has rea...

Re: Terrible performance
Sounds like graphics driver issues. Have you tried with the nvidia drivers? Nouveau is fairly basic and may not properly support acceleration for more demanding applications. When you say Debian testing do you mean Trixie, or Bookworm? Bookworm was just released as stable last week so Testing (Trix...

Terrible performance
Hi, Last year i had several disks that crashed and since i installed new disk and reinstalled debian i'm having terrible performance. Mostly GUI related. Unresponsive GUI, in several apps, but in bitwig it annoys me the most since opening, closing plugins is slow, dragging windows or chaning paramet...

Re: Rave Generator 2 plugin needs Qt4 for the UI, but it's unsupported
Does anyone know how to make it work with newer systems? I love Rave Generator 2, but currently the GUI isn't working anymore (the qt4/qt5 issue described in this thread). I can still use presets, but it'd be a shame if this gem of a plugin was to be abandonded because of qt issues. I had same with...

Re: Room response measurement
I used the EQ settings from REW, but Sonarworks makes it MUCH better. That's why I bought it. My next PC will likely be a Mac mini M1 anyway. Does sonarworks does measurements with linux version and then does EQ correction according to the measerement? In past i used REW and i did accoustic improve...

Reverb and LFO to rotate between left/right and probably some compression to.

Re: What music did your parents play in the car at home etc?
Here it was just the radio that was playing.
there were some vinyl lp's but never saw them played. Don't think they were much interested in music.
Something else then me, with 3000 vinyls, synths, drummachines etc
