Re: Anyone interested on a 14.04-based ISO?
Hi! First of all, thanks for the new ISO release. By now, it works well at 99% but... audio using Firefox! It seems does not work... I'm using a desktop quad-core with EWS88MT PCI (onboard audio card blacklisted), and alsa-bridge activated (alsa>loop>Jack). Someone has the same issue? Thanks in adva...

How manage default patchbay with Catia
Ciao!
Is it possbile to create a default patchbay using Claudia?
I am looking in Cadence suite for the same options of Qjackctl > Patchbay > Save... , that creates an "xml" file suitable for "Activate Petchbay persistence".
Thanks in advance,
Touch.

How to reduce ice1712 input/output
Ciao! I am trying to set properly the number of inputs and outputs of an ice1712 card (EWS88mt). It has 8+8, but Candence, QJackctl and Patchage show me 12 "capture" inputs and 10 "playback" output. Maybe someone has a .asoundrc with right tricks... Grazie a tutti, Touch.

[Solved] Re: Trouble with zita-mu1 installation
Solved with an easy workaround. KXStudio 12.04.x has an "old" version of clxclient (3.6.1), so you could download and apt-get install updated packages from: - http://pkgs.org/download/libclxclient3 (for Ubuntu 13.10) - http://pkgs.org/download/zita-mu1 (for Sid or Jessie) Have fun with thi...

Trouble with zita-mu1 installation
Ciao! I have some problem during installation of zita-mu1 (http://kokkinizita.linuxaudio.org/linuxaudio/zita-mu1-doc/quickguide.html). Reading the "README" file: To install, cd to this directory, make, sudo make install. To build this version, you need the shared libraries libclthreads-2.4...

[SOLVED] Re: Terratec PHASE 88 RACK, only spdif?
Solved! I did some changes on my bios concerning latency, and I added this line in /etc/alsa-base.conf install snd-ice1712 /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install snd-ice1712 & { /sbin/modprobe -b snd-ice1712 ; } #options snd-ice1712 model=ews options snd-ice1712 index=0 alias snd-card-0 snd-ice1712 Thi...
