Hello

I have found this forum while searching a trick for lilypond. I'm an amateur bass & piano player, and my own amateur editor. I'm sure I will come here as soon as I can. I'm interested in some of the post I have read.

I think Lyx is the best option. I did use lyx as a basic user for two years, while using a standard word processor. I leave using lyx 6 years ago, and I cannot bear OpenOffice no more. Latex is the only way to get a well structured doc. Lyx is the way to handle latex if you know nothing about it. I ...

Almost great news.
I had to copy by hand a small fragment to insert it into a doc I was writting.
Since then, I won't use Sibelius again, but I know other people will do. The plugin comes here,
if somebody wants to give us their parts or music to use or modify. I'll take a look.

I'm using Jedit with lilypondtool, and I can hear the music.
I installed TiMidity, it's the standard software midi instrument. LilypondTool needs it.
