Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

DrumGizmo git as the official one doesn't have vst support.
MusE git version.
can this be setup in pacman.conf?

Re: Simple 'drum sampler' with multi channel support

What about Hydrogenhttp://www.hydrogen-music.org/?
It has it's own mixer where you can load effects, pan, etc., per instrument, multi outputs. I have samples of percussive instruments and I want them all on their own tracks so I use Hydrogen.

Re: can't route tracks to bus Mixbus/Ardour

Hey funk, You may be in the wrong place if i get you right. On the top bar menu go -> Window -> Audio Connections. Is that what you're looking for ? Carlv, yes in that pic. It does the same thing when I go on the track and right click and then click on output. What I did to resolve the issue was to...

Re: can't route tracks to bus Mixbus/Ardour

Hey, when I either import stems or create new tracks and try routing them to a bus track it's all greyed(white) out in Mixbus 32C. For instance guitar left and guitar right and then I create a bus track to route them into that all of a sudden today is not possible anymore. I've had that issue a few...

Re: MusE 3.1pre3

Hey ho. Do you mean loading a *.map file? I just tried it and it seems to still work. Right-click on a drum track's name in the arranger track list, and select 'load track's drum list'. I chose one of our maps and it loaded, all the drum names appeared. As for the other solution, creating maps with...

Re: MusE 3.1pre3

Hey guys, another question here. I had drummaps made by Michael Oswald that use to load when I loaded the template. Now they don't work.
I get the generic MusE drummap when I load a DrumGizmo template.
Also there was a way to create your own drummap or load one in the drum editor I thought?

Yep, it freaked me out a few months back when I saw that and the build kept saying muse3, but it builds the latest git version so that's the good thing :D

Re: MusE 3.1pre3

Hey guys, I'm working on a new midi drum track and part way through it I'd like to change the tempo for a small section then back to the original tempo. How is that done in MusE? I just put the play head where I want the change to happen (in the main window) and change the tempo in the tool bar. Ye...

Re: MusE 3.1pre3

It's done with the tempo map. We call it a 'master track' since it is a tempo and time signature 'track'. Open either the 'master track list editor' or 'graphical master track editor' from the main 'view' menu. The green icon beside each tempo entry box enables the master track, as the tooltip says...

Re: MusE 3.1pre3

Didn't forget about that. Looking into it. It would be very similar to our 'bounce' feature. I've got a plan worked out to implement it. But at the moment I've got a couple of branches I need to get straight before I can tinker with that because those branches also tinker with the very same areas. ...

Re: MusE 3.1pre3

Amazing work guys! Will the exporting of audio tracks be added so for instance if I did the drums with every instrument on in own track and I wanted to export each track individually (stems) so I can say send it to a studio or in my case, my bassist? It's there already in Ardour and Reaper but I do ...
