But have you seen that video? Because the partitioned convolution and impulse response fading is pretty impressive. It's the 54 generated impulse responses that I'd like to try out.
And to be fair, supposedly some of the pedal based spring reverbs use an IR for the spring reverb chirps.

Spring Reverbs. Where are they?
There's this one video from aalborg
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_7XDdU_17s
But there isn't any code, and I couldn't find the spring impulse database. Anyone with a spring reverb implementation?

openAV-Sorcer, where do the presets go?
I've compiled the source, but where do the presets go?
The plugin itself doesn't have a load preset option.

Re: Linux Based Midi Clip Launchers
It's not obvious how seq42 can launch clips through midi. seq192 seems to allow this but it's only through osc. I'd prefer to trigger clips through midi, because i don't want to run a pure data midi to osc type bridge, which seems like extra cpu cycles gone. I've compiled a version of ardour7 but th...

Re: Linux Based Midi Clip Launchers
Probably need to explore seq42 more, I've got it compiled here, but can it receive midi input to trigger the clips? It didn't seem to be able to do that

Re: Linux Based Midi Clip Launchers
Tried seq66. Compiled a version but it crashes.
The non based programs have some kind of issue with the non tool kit. Looks like ntk is not available from the original makers on a git like platform. Not sure what's up with that.

Linux Based Midi Clip Launchers
Is there a midi clip launcher program, where it receives a midi note and it plays a midi pattern sequence that was stored for that note and sends it back to the DAW?
Basically a midi sampler, but without a sound source? Like seq24 but possibly updated ?

Re: ardour with ableton live link
It's not so much ableton link, I'm trying to get tidalcycles to sync up with the DAW, which seems to be a little difficult. sync can have some benefits, one of which is the delays can be synced to the bpm. If i can find a sequencer plugin, i can use tidalcycles to trigger midi sequences that feed in...

Re: LMMS synths as seperate instruments
Yeah like the github says, i noticed the LMMS instruments are really loud and internally might be redlining.
Well, i'll try routing the audio about instead.

Re: Sound Machine Project
If you're looking into playing samples, maybe look at qsynth to load up soundfiles. If you're ok with the command line, then maybe fluidsynth. These will help trigger samples, and you can have different samples react to different midi channel inputs. But what it seems like you want is a sample synth...

LMMS synths as seperate instruments
Are the LMMS instrument plugins available as separate instruments? In vst or lv2 etc formats?
