Re: (hope this is the right place) audio routing
Make sure that "Direct monitor" is turned off. You say that you hear the guitar w/o Jack running, so direct monitoring might be enabled.
When you're tracking guitar, monitor it's track in the DAW itself, not on the interface.

Re: How to run win32 and win64 vsts together?
You are right, I forgot to filter "carla" as well, only did it with "wine". But I'm sure those bridges still need the appropriate (32 or 64 bit) Wine prefix under the hood, otherwise they wouldn't work. Honestly I didn't experiment with this, I just installed both Wine ...

Re: How to run win32 and win64 vsts together?
It might seem that you only have 32 bit WINE installed. The easiest way to determine whether you have a 32 bit WINE prefix or not, is to open the WINE folder (typically /home/username/.wine/drive_c) and if you only see the "Program Files" folder, this means 32 bit prefix. Also, check the p...

Re: Question regarding JACK server and usb bluetooth adapters
From what I've read on the www, it is best to avoid bluetooth devices as they are tend to cause xruns. But, I can understand the convenience of a BT speaker setup. Jack or Alsa do not support bluetooth, you have to hack it in via a Pulseaudio "sink". Please note, I don't have any BT device...

Carla/Wine and Krakli S4
Carla + Krakli S4 It works, well, sort of... Audio is fine, but I can't use the GUI, because of this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UH_pKo1fWHgHLmom8d2EvMXkP2Nion7Z/view?usp=sharing (it's a 2 MB video, with no audio) What is weird that this is only happening as long as there's audio produced by t...

*** Hit post reply, but nothing happened - I guess I should've had a notification page about admin approval? - so if it's double post, please excuse me *** That's right, though it does not make things easier - I mean, I have ~300 windows VSTs (I don't have LADSPA or other type of plugins in Carla), ...

Re: How to categorize Windows VSTs (in Carla?)
That's right, though it does not make things easier - I mean, I have ~300 windows VSTs (I don't have LADSPA or other type of plugins in Carla), so it's kind of hard to keep track of them. What does this "K1Ks" plugin do? Is it an analogue synth, a sampler? Can't remember... and can't googl...

How to categorize Windows VSTs (in Carla?)
Hello, I have an unusual (?) question, and the search function got me nowhere. I'm using Reaper (native) + Carla plugin (which works fine), but since there are like 300+ VST plugins in Carla, and no way to put them in a folder or categorize them - if there's such function in Carla I'm unaware of tha...

Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.16 Released!
This did the trick, I've set it to 1.9 GB, after saving and reopening the session it says 1.664 MB, so I leave it as it is. Thanks, deva!deva wrote:Does this also happen if you set the value <2GB?

Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.16 Released!
Anyone else tested this on a machine with 8GB of RAM? 1. Open up a DAW (in my case it's Ardour, but it probably doesn't matter) 2. Add DG and select the Crocellkit/Default set 3. Set the memory limit to a value other than unlimited and hit Apply 4. Save the project and quit 5. Restart DAW and load t...
