Re: When to use a compressor? What is the cause?
Normally, you'll want to use a compressor when there's no other way to steady the dynamics of your instrument. Compression and clipping can be similar if you set the attack and release fast enough, resulting in an unnatural and somewhat-distorted sound. Clipping is the distortion you add to guitar/s...

Re: what do you think about this drum?
I've used tons of realistic-sounding Drum ROMPlers (which gives you some minor control over the drum sounds, just like Superior Drummer ,et al.) and even though they can deliver some convincing ghost-notes and velocity layers from their hypersampled setups, this is a real drum kit. Re: What is Your Audio Interface? Mine doesn't work..
Are you using USB or firewire? Most USB connections suffer from huge latency issues. Whenever you lower the buffer samples, it tends to crackle and glitch. Firewire is a better option. Re: Problems using Scarlet 2i2 whit Jack
As what Pablo said, 64 frames isn't really the best way to go with it.
Have you tried to use settings further from your ideal? Or even the furthest? If it does away with your error, it might just be that you need some looser settings. That really looks tight.

Caustic 3
Anybody ever tried it? I've really been getting great results with it to be honest. The OTG to MIDI keyboard feature had me sit down in a coffee shop for hours crafting ideas.
