Re: Carla on ARM

falktx has at least mentioned in passing an interest in using binfmt_misc to run plugins cross-platform. i guess the binfmt_misc method could be used independently by anyone though.

Re: Linux Digital Audio and Music Workstation Comparison Matrix

It's not worth restricting the number of DAWs listed in the spreadsheet. If anyone wishes to focus on 5 DAWs and fill them out, that's good. Re: Pioneer Rekordbox

The day that Mixxx can stand in for Recordbox for Pioneer equipment will be a super win for Linux audio in the arena of DJing. Very early days there still though. (Also fuck Pioneer for not supporting FLAC after all this time)

Re: Can I use SunVox in a DAW like Qtractor?

Carla session with SunVox added as a JACK Application, then that loaded in Qtractor via Carla-as-a-plugin? Is that a thing yet? I need to reboot to fix a DBus problem to try, but I can't reboot yet as I'm downloading something mega sloooow..

Re: Seq64 midi connections

ah, the autoconnect ports option currently only words on application start - https://github.com/ahlstromcj/sequencer64/issues/146

the other method is using -m / --manual-alsa-ports which will give 16 virtual ports to use for connections

Re: Seq64 midi connections
