Re: AVLinux-MXE Getting Started
lordbullingdon As OP decided to use this thread as an outlet for venting their refusal to read the manual and has since left the building, it may have been better to start a new thread. To answer your question, in Debian stable it's almost always safe to install updates, and MX, being based on Debi...

I have been wanting to try out this distro for years, but have always been a bit nervous about the previous installation methods -- but then I found your amazing ...

Re: A free native B3

Re: Aria Player/Sforzando crashes as an exported LV2 from Carla in Ardour
Not sure if you still need help with this, but you can use the exported LV2 of Sforzando in Ardour by inserting it on an Audio+Midi track rather than just a regular MIDI track.

Re: Linux alternative to SampleMagic A/B 2 mix reference tool?
I came across AB Switch here (haven't tried it yet): http://www.sonejo.net/node/71 Alternatively, using Konfyt https://github.com/noedigcode/konfyt consider the following workflow: In your DAW, add a few tracks containing your reference audio (that you want to switch A/B to). Do not output these tr...

Re: Yamaha THR10 recompiling kernel usb quirks etc
Hm, I first tried to install the patched kernel, but that didn't solve it (first time I couldn't start the Jack server because of some D-Bus error, second time computer froze completely while booting the THR10 kernel). However, now I see that my THR10C is actually recognized as both a capture device...
