Has anyone tried this out yet? I use OpenSUSE for everything except audio production. I've been using AVLinux, but I really don't like the Debian experience and I've had enough of AVL. I was just thinking of trying to create a stripped down Leap 15.1 tuned for audio when I saw this...

I too would be interested in opinions (and experience) on this. Tonight I had a chance to buy a Tascam US1641 in great condition for a ridiculously low price, and I was very sad to find out it doesn't work under Linux. Can anyone point me to a setup guide for rtirq and tuning priority settings? It seems that I'm seeing conflicting information about scheduling priority and the priority setting in qjackctl in terms of what higher or lower numbers represent

I just came across this forum while researching some issues (using google search) with my Fedora 20 based DAW. I wish I discovered it earlier, as it looks like a great resource.
