Re: Ardour Key Bindings
If you haven't defined any own shortcuts you could reset the shortcuts to defaults and see if that solves the problem: Window -> Key Bindings -> Reset Bindings to Defaults

Re: Advice on buying an USB audio interface
Sorry for the late answer. I don't drop in here too often.
I'm talking about this interface just to avoid confusions: http://www.thomann.de/gb/focusrite_saffire_6_usb.htm
It worked out of the box in my case. But it might be good to get some info of someone who really uses it and not only tested it.

Re: (Probably) hardware related noise
Hi again! Sorry for not reporting back earlier. At least I have good news. :) A few weeks ago I started again trying to reduce the noise. Re: (Probably) hardware related noise
Thanks for your answers, again.
Unfortunately right now I don't have the time to try all those things out. But of course I will try them and i'll also report back what I tried and if something changed.

(Probably) hardware related noise
Hi :) As this is my first post here: Thanks for this great forum. It already helped me a lot without even writing my own posts. My problem is one that many people seem to have but until now I could not solve it even with the help of some threads here. I have (most probably) hardware related noise co...
