Calf 30 band eq labels all bands as 33 hz
Just as the title says, the calf 30 band eq has all the sliders marked as 33 hz. Here is an image..

Not my screenshot so someone else has the same problem although they didn't receive a solution.
The calf plugins are from the kx studio repos.
I'm thinking maybe the graphic could be edited or if someone had the proper one to overwrite with.
Could this be a joke? If you search 33 hz, apparently a preponderance of 33 hz has been shown
to give women a spontaneous orgasm.

Re: Calf 30 band eq labels all bands as 33 hz
I compiled the latest CALF suite from git and the 30 band eq is still broken, at least its gui.
Besides, they changed so much in CALF vintage delay that the settings of the old version are incompatible. Seems the LEDs don't work, either.
I stay with 0.60.

Re: Calf 30 band eq labels all bands as 33 hz
Hi,
This seems to only happen in Ardour, the Calf 30 band displays the bands properly when run with jalv or with Carla. I've actually mentioned this and shown screenshots on a couple of occasions on #ardour IRC but it hasn't really been looked into without a proper bug report... I'm no developer but it's curious that the problem occurs only in Ardour...

Same problem in "my" Qtractor and "my" Carla. Maybe because I have qt4.

In a brand new Carla (compiled from git today) the CALF 30 Band EQ works, despite qt4.
In a brand new Qtractor I can move the faders but the values and the sound don't change.

Re: Calf 30 band eq labels all bands as 33 hz
in brand old and new qtractor, on both qt4 and qt5 builds, the Calf Equalizer 30 band (last stable release v0.0.60) shows up as i believe it should (see below):
[EDIT:] my mistake: none the 2 x 30 eq sliders and gain scale controls do have any effect on sound or on to label numbers. bluebell was right.

It never worked on my machine, and I think never will. It launches, but never changes the sound whatever I do with the controls. I use Damien Zammet's 31-band EQ instead if I need that kind of processing.

Hi there!
With today's git code from https://github.com/calf-studio-gear/calf this issue seems to be fixed. At least on my system (qtractor as the host) everything works fine now, the standalone version of calf worked fine anyway.
Greetings and my thanks to the guys from calf!

Re: Calf 30 band eq labels all bands as 33 hz
Hi there!
First I want to express my thankfulness to the guys from calf for giving us their plugin suite. It is great, but I have to admit that I never liked the changes in the design since may 2015.
Therefore I repaired the eq30 topic with qtractor as a host using the old git code from may, 8th 2015 and created an amd64.deb package on Xubuntu 14.04. If there is interest, I send it to you after receiving a personal message.
Greetings, Michael
