Just tried it, and compared it with Beatrix. There's a lot to like about azr3.
Beatrix does a tonewheel emulation whereas azr3 doesn't. I find the sound of be's drawbars to be more "vibrant" and authentic than azr's. Both have key click and release envelopes, but azr's are easier to adjust. Since percussion is closely tied to tonewheels, again I find be's more vibrant, although azr does have more variety in its settings. In raw organ sound, Be has the advantage.
But Be's overdrive effect sounds really weak compared to azr's. And be's leslie can be obnoxious on its fast setting.
I'm going to investigate mating the best features of each.
