Copying Hydrogen Projects from Computers

I am trying to copy my old Hydrogen projects to a new computer. Unfortunately when I open it very few of the sample sounds can be found and most of them are just muted. What is the easiest way to copy over the projects making sure all samples are copied also?

I would copy the old hydrogen Data folder and config file to the new computer.
If that did not help, I would install the exact version of hydrogen found
on the old computer. And make sure of the full paths to sounds within
/usr/share/hydrogen, and /home/you/.hydrogen, with permissions allowing
access to everything in the hydrogen folders.

Hydrogen has been quite active in recent years, so check their forum
for compatibility issues.
